Notes:

• The song was inspired by the second half of the move "The Ten Commandments"
• Cliff Burton named the song. When watching the part of the movie where the green cloud
  kills Egypt's first born, he said "Whoa, it's like, Creeping Death!" and the band liked it and used it.
• The song was originally written by Kirk's old band Exodus, but only appeared as a demo;
  it was never released.
• One of only three songs (Master Of Puppets and For Whom The Bell Tolls) to be confirmed played over 1,000 times.
