Notes:

• The song is about TV evangelists and false messiahs making money off of people's faith.
• Before the premiere and various times before playing Leper, James would dedicate this song
  to "Jim and Tammy". Most probably didn't get it, but it's a joke - Jim and Tammy Fay Baker
  were TV evangelists who embezzeled millions of dollars in charity money.
• Dave Mustaine claims he wrote the song's main riff and wasn't credited. Don't know if it's true.
