Notes: |
- One of the greatest venues to ever see a show at. The location, the accomodations, the hall itself, all absolutely top notch.
- Much more hi-tech than it appears, the entire room is one giant transformer. The hall is normally closed off but one of the walls splits into to giant actuaters and opens up, creating balconies on either side of the room, opening the 2nd floor dining room to the music hall below. (Picture above shows it open)
- Metallica's show wasn't very heralded as the fans were going to a Blind Date - a show where the fans do not know ahead of time who is playing. Guess they weren't Metallica fans. Some fans did know ahead of time due to the venue's location, Metallica was loading their customary road cases with "Metallica" on them right from the street on Sunset Strip.
